Owner Inspections

An owner inspection is how we start. You and I walk your yard and inside your home together. I'm looking for mosquito breeding sites, fire ant mounds, rodent entry points, and pest droppings. We talk through what I see in real time. No surprises later. No generic report you can't understand.

In Montgomery, mosquitoes breed in standing water fast, especially after rain. I check gutters, flower pots, low spots in your yard where water pools. For fire ants, we're looking at mound locations and how close they are to your deck or kids' play area. I'll show you the actual entry holes where rodents might get in around your foundation or under eaves.

You get a clear picture of what's happening on your property and what needs to happen next. If treatment makes sense, I explain exactly what we'd do and why. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too. You're not paying for unnecessary work.
