I started Guardian Mosquito & Pest Control because I saw too many homeowners getting terrible service from pest control companies. They'd call, get put on hold, wait days for an appointment, then the technician would spray some chemical and leave without explaining anything. A week later the bugs were back and the company wouldn't return calls. I knew there had to be a better way to run this business.
When you call us, I answer the phone. When you need someone today, we come today. I handle most inspections myself because I want to see what's going on with my own eyes and explain it to you in plain language. If it's a raccoon in your attic, I'll show you exactly where it got in and what we're doing to fix it. If it's bed bugs, I'll walk you through how the heat treatment works and why it kills them at every stage. You deserve to know what's happening in your own home.
We work weekends because pests don't take Sundays off. We keep our schedule flexible so we can get to urgent problems fast. My technician Trey does most of the treatments and he's thorough. He'll explain what he's doing and answer your questions. If something's not right after we leave, we come back and make it right. That's just how we do business. We're here in Montgomery, we're not going anywhere, and we stand behind our work.
